Singing for Your Supper

Gary Johnson offers an alternative to unemployment: "Why do we pay the jobless not to work? Why not tie benefits to voluntary service?"  Nothing infuriates me more than seeing young, able-bodied men and women who won't work. You should never get something for nothing, so this is a very good idea. Don't just expect others to hand things to you. You want something? Work for it! Earn it! Do something in return.
