Thuggery in England

This is what happens when political correctness trumps common sense, and excuses are made for wild animals looting and rioting in the streets.  Remember what happened in Vancouver? And how about the so-called "flash mobs" here at home?  How bad will things have to get, and how many innocent people hurt and killed, before shame & stigma are associated with criminal behavior, and before order is restored?
