A Terrorist "Incident"

They are calling the attack at Glasgow Airport a terrorist 'incident'. Can't anyone use stronger language, or would that be too "judgemental"? According to Wordreference.com, an incident is "a single distinct event; a public disturbance; 'the police investigated an incident at the bus station'." This is not an "incident". It's a terrorist attack. How can we ever fight these jihadist murderers if we're too afraid to call a spade a spade?!
