Bush disrupts Monday TV

For the second year in a row, President Bush is preempting May sweeps to address the nation at 8 pm ET on Monday. His address on immigration, which should run about a half hour, will disrupt the season finales of "Prison Break" and, possibly, "How I Met Your Mother." Also affected will be Oprah Winfrey's "Legends Ball," which precedes the two-hour "Grey's Anatomy" finale.
