I was raised to believe that if you can't afford something, you do without it. You do NOT expect someone else to pay for you or to give you something for nothing. So I found this headline hard to believe. Of course few eateries have signed up! They will lose the patrons who work hard and save money so they can go out to eat. The entitlement mentality keeps growing, and this is yet another example of it. When will it end?
