How Your Money is Spent

Before you think about giving money to future victims of natural disasters, think first about how your hard-earned money might be spent. The "victims" of Hurricane Katrina not only used emergency debit cards to buy Louis Vuitton handbags; but now we learn that they bought such necessary staples as a sex-change operation; and "Girls Gone Wild" videos. No mention of their buying food for their kids. Oh, forgive me. I guess that's OUR responsibility!
