Where's Judge Judy When You Need Her?

Now, another idiot judge has freed a criminal who raped a child when she was 9 years old -- to punish the prosecutor for being late to court!

Either it's extremely easy to become a judge -- or it's extremely hard to get rid of idiot judges -- but this country definitely needs a Judge Judy!
