Congressman William Jefferson, the representative who still hasn't explained why he had $90,000 in his freezer, is now angry that Democrats want him off the Ways & Means Committee. To have a criminal making decisions about spending should be an outrage to taxpayers. And the fact that he's still a member of Congress should be an outrage to voters.
