Mental_Floss has a chart that shows Little-Known Punctuation Marks for National Punctuation Day. I doubt most people will use the exclamation comma when they still don't even know how to use a regular comma, but it's fun to see this nevertheless.
Also, this day gives me another excuse to link to the "Blog" of "Unnecessary" Quotation Marks!
