Plus, Greg Crosby is a bit peeved with the English language right now and would like to share his annoyance with expressions such as this one: "I'm really sick and tired of hearing 'Boots
on the ground' used as a euphemism for ground troops. I especially
don't like it coming from high-ranking government officials. Using it once or twice, okay, but now it's being used exclusively. Just say 'ground forces' or 'ground troops.'"
